Group Workshops with Gabe
I absolutely love getting people together, physically and in other aspects. As a soccer coach I relished with the challenge of getting 11 players on the field to synchronize and become a well-oiled machine. Everyone has their role and has his/her own personality, but when a team operates with A Clear Mind, the possibilities are endless.
I worked with professional, college, high school, and youth teams. I often find a lot of similarities in what they struggle with and how to help them shape their culture and collective mindset.
What all players have in common is the more aware of themselves they are, the more in control of themselves they are. More awareness locks individuals into a powerful team culture.
Setting goals is great. Hard work is necessary. Good tactics are imperative. But, in order to truly flourish and become a force to be reckoned with, the frequency of energy and mindset have to be BUZZING!
