Group Workshops with Gabe
I absolutely love getting people together, physically and in other aspects. I started as a soccer coach and really relished the challenge of getting 11 players on the field to synchronize and become a well-oiled machine. Everyone has their role and everyone has his/her own personality, but when a team operates with A Clear Mind, the possibilities are endless.
Teams, whether on or off a playing field, take a lot of energy to manage and sometimes their head coaches need someone to help them who has an objective and unemotional perspective to help move the unit to a greater depth. There were countless times I witnessed an increase of productivity and performance both as a head coach, who brought in a neutral individual to “spice things up”, and also as that person brought in to help a team.
